Vendor Comparison for Outsourced Digital Workplace Services in 23'

With the advent of digital transformation, businesses in numerous industries are increasingly investing in digital technologies and tools. While 56% of CEOs cited increased revenue thanks to digital transformation, it is estimated that the average digital transformation stands a 45 percent chance of delivering less profit than expected.1 2

With the growing popularity of remote work and unstable economies even in the most prosperous countries, businesses are turning to outsourced digital workplace services (ODWS) to streamline operations, reduce costs, gain access to specialized expertise, and improve the digital transformation process.

ODWS include various digital tools and technologies that enable organizations to manage their digital operations and improve business capabilities and overall efficiency. In this article, we will explore the concept of outsourced digital workplace services and their benefits and compare some popular vendors offering them.

What are outsourced digital workplace services(ODWS)?

ODWS refers to contracting an external provider to manage and deliver various digital workplace solutions for a company. These services offer a seamless digital work environment integrating communication, collaboration tools, and various applications. What are the top vendors in the Outsourced Digital Workplace Services Market?

Our Criteria

We select ODWS vendors and compare their strengths and weaknesses based on:

  • The number of customers they serve,
  • the percentage of revenue from ODWS,
  • and their number of employees.

Our employee cutoff is 40,000. The exact employee size can differ officially; however, we decided to opt for LinkedIn as a measure since it is the most publicly verifiable one.

It should be noted that all of these vendors have over 40,000 employees, with TATA Consultancy Services being at the top with more than 550,000 workers. The exact employee size can differ officially; however, we decided to opt for LinkedIn as a measure since it is the most publicly verifiable one. The ranking is done alphabetically.
