Who are your ideal customers?
We can work with any company because of the reasons I outlined before. However, for some companies, we are the only choice because we are operating system agnostic. We can serve customers on end user devices running on iOS, Android, Linux or on the cloud. For example, in companies where staff use MacBooks, we are probably the only RPA company they can work with.
Which industries have you been working with?
We have worked with mobile carriers and telecommunication firms as well as firms from manufacturing, retail, and logistics. We also work with small and medium size professional service provider firms such as legal, medical, and accounting service providers.
What are the most common use cases for RPA+?
Common use cases are similar to most other RPAs such as processing data from Excel and PDF files in conjunction with some Web-based systems such as ERP, SFA, and SCM. Some of the unique use cases of RPA+ involve mobile bots such as call center operations that use caller ID to initiate user history look-ups. Our mobile bots are also used to prepare a large number of Android tablets for enterprise usage as well as testing them before shipping.
Have clients been sharing their achievements with RPA+?
Yes, a bot that we were able to code in a week is able to reduce manual tasks by 90%. For example, a marketing and sales report generation task which took 160 hours/month was reduced 16 hours of double checking/month after a week of programming.
Another example would be that one Japanese mobile carrier was able to reduce a team of 24×7 service monitoring from 100+ to less than 50.
What’s your AI strategy?
We are focused on delivering the best RPA software. Our investments in AI are directly related to this goal. We are making progress in using AI/ML in “building” and “maintaining” bots.
On the other hand, we aim to become the easiest RPA tool to integrate solutions from our partners who specialize in technologies such as OCR and NLP.
Recently major RPA vendors have been launching RPA marketplaces. Do you plan to launch one?
Yes, from the first day, one of the notable strengths of our RPA+ solution is the ease of building custom operations. With that, we have been encouraging our customers to build custom operations and custom bots. Now, we are preparing our marketplace that allow customers to leverage existing solutions. It’s a natural extension for RPA companies. We’ll be launching our scenario marketplace by mid 2019.
How do you view the future of RPA? What are the next steps for RPA+?
This is a big question but I very much enjoy answering it. We expect the RPA market to continue to grow strongly but it will also be merging fast with all the enterprise system solutions such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc.
As more and more enterprise solutions have started to build “package of bots” specific to their solutions, our next step is to be chosen by those large enterprise solutions as a platform to build their own “package of bots”. We think this is perfectly consistent with the philosophy of our RPA+. We design RPA+ to relieve people from being forced to work to aid computer systems. We believe computer systems should aid people and we make that happen with our RPA+.
